 Dear New Friend,
Whether this is your first experience with professional massage, or one of many, I would like to welcome you, and answer a few frequently asked questions.
Your therapy will take place in a comfortable, peaceful room. Soft music will be played to help you relax. You will lie on a cozy warmed table made up especially for you.
Your session will be conducted by me, Mary Beth. I am skilled in a variety of manual techniques that provide increased circulation and lymphatic flow, pain and stress relief, and muscle tension release. I am a 2001 graduate of Me Ke Akua Academie of Myotherapy, Tulsa, and nationally certified by NCBTMB. I have an Associate degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College.
